Fun Facts About Me

Whenever I've decided to take an expensive course from someone, or wanted to work with someone one-on-one, I tend to do as much research on them as possible or follow them online for a while until I can get a handle on the type of person they are. Are they the type of person who is qualified to help me? Are they experienced enough to teach that particular course? I also need to feel comfortable with them. We don't click with everyone, so compatibility is important.

Keeping that in mind, I'd like to share more of myself with you. Either you'll be drawn to me or you won't, so I hope these random factoids about me will help.

I am a double Pisces with an Aries moon. My astrology chart reveals that I'm very intuitive and have flashes of insight, and that I'm destined to be a healer and a writer (both things that have proven true).

Human Design: I'm a Generator, with a profile of 6/2 - Role Model Hermit.

Meyers-Briggs type: INFP.

I'm an introvert, HSP, and empath.

I had five enlightening sessions with the Scottish psychic Ainslie MacLeod, who was on Oprah.

This is what he told me:

I'm a level 9 soul who is 9/10 of the way through level 9, so I'm at the cusp of level 10 (out of 10 levels). There is no better or worse in soul levels, it merely means I've been around a while.

I had my life colors done by Titanya Dahlin (Donna Eden's daughter) in May 2025. Life colors are the colors in your aura that never change throughout your life - they tell what kind of person you are. I'm a blue-violet. Blue is a care-giver/mother, and violet is the spiritual path.

In 2024, Peter Occhiogrosso did my archetype chart. He worked with Caroline Myss, who is an author and medical intuitive who has written extensively about archetypes. Some of my archetypes are: Healer, Mother, Student, Artist, Mediator, Rebel, Hermit. (I started out in college as an art major; here is one of the first paintings I ever did).

I'm the oldest of three sisters, and I have three daughters of my own who are grown. This is me in kindergarten.

I'm a nerd who enjoys dressing up to attend the local Renaissance Faire.

I have a Bachelor's degree in English, and a master's level certification in Acupuncture and Moxibustion. I did part of my internship in Guangzhou, China. This is our class picture in China - I'm in the front row, seated, second from the right.

I lived alone in the mountains of Boquete, Panama for nearly a year and a half. I would love to live abroad again someday, even for just a short time, and I love to travel.

In 2014, I did a 10-day silent meditation Vipassana retreat in Georgia. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done, and one of the most amazing things. I plan to do a 3-day retreat in 2026.
